Primeweld definitely stands behind what it is selling – their customer service is second to none. If you somehow receive a faulty equipment, they will reply right back to you and deliver you a new one right away without even asking for the faulty one back.
The product does what it says and it produces nice deep cuts with extreme precision. Even if you are a first timer, it works quite well for you.
It is very easy to set up, but the manual is not much help and it could have been better written. However, it is definitely a worthy product for the price.
