Primeweld Air Inverter Plasma Cutter Review

Plasma cutting is a procedure that slices through materials which are electrically conductive by using an extremely hot and accelerated beam of plasma. Materials that can be cut with a plasma cutter include stainless steel, metals, steel, aluminum, and copper; conductive materials other than these might also be cut.

Plasma cutters are frequently used as a part of car repair, fabrication shops, scrapping and salvage operations, mechanical development and industrial construction. Due to the fast speed and the precision of cuts consolidated with minimal effort and low cost, plasma cutters are used on a large scale, from corporate mechanical CNC applications to small specialist shops.

The Primeweld Air Inverter Plasma Cutter is a rugged and premium plasma cutter with an automatic dual voltage that works on both 110 V and 220 V at 50 A current. After a few cuts, the Primeweld plasma cutter actually becomes cheaper to use than oxyacetylene.

It appears in our front page round-up of the models we recommend.

Thick and Precise Cuts Up to ½ Inches

The Primeweld Air Inverter Plasma Cutter is very precise in cutting and gives a very clean cut. It works perfectly even for limited outlets and cuts all kinds of steel, metal, aluminum, copper and other conductive materials with exactness. With Primeweld, you can cut like a professional, even at home without breaking a sweat.

This Primeweld plasma cutter cuts deeper cuts than any other DC plasma cutter and can work on relatively thicker materials as well. It is a high-frequency plasma cutter and cuts fast with minimum distortion.

True Portability and Professional Design

The Primeweld plasma cutter is a highly portable device with a compact body and light weight.

You can easily move it around without worrying about breaking it; It is designed to be used in rugged construction and industrial environments. It can endure a lot of usage and, hence, is pretty reliable.

Moreover, Primeweld is a trusted brand which is backed by its dedicated customer service. The design is optimized and based on MOSFET transistors which provide a stable output for thinner materials and high-power output for thicker materials.

Conclusion

Primeweld definitely stands behind what it is selling - their customer service is second to none. If you somehow receive a faulty equipment, they will reply right back to you and deliver you a new one right away without even asking for the faulty one back.

The product does what it says and it produces nice deep cuts with extreme precision. Even if you are a first timer, it works quite well for you.

It is very easy to set up, but the manual is not much help and it could have been better written. However, it is definitely a worthy product for the price.
